CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nail Elegance, your appointment time is reserved just for you to ensure fairness to all clients and protect our time. The following policy applies: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for a 24-hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Multi-rescheduling appointments: Clients who reschedule appointments multiple times will be charged 50% of the normal scheduled service cost. Future Appointments: Clients with repeated late, cancellations, or no-shows may be required TO PAY IN FULL to book feature appointments, Nail Elegance reserves the right to refuse future bookings to clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows. Agreement to Policy: A valid credit or debit card will be required to secure appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Nail Elegance to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy.
